Seems to be a fun build. Takes a great deal of work and thinking to make these old amt's look as good.

Very cool collection of parts. Is the body the MPC Milner(switchers) body? Thanks, yes that's what it is. Did you do anything to the body. The MPC body have a pretty good side profile, but seems narrow in width at the cowl of viewed from above. With the Rustoleum paint, it looks great. Any issues with it so far?

With the Rustoleum paint, it looks great. Any issues with it so far? I had an issue with their red oxide primer a couple of weeks ago. You definitely don't want to spray it over bare styrene or putty! I sprayed it on a current project and it ghosted all of the trim I had removed and the putty. Plus, after a day of drying, it was still tacky. When I stripped it, it had literally soaked into the styrene except in the places there was putty. Last week, I sprayed it over another brand of gray primer and had no issues. I'll never spray over bare styrene again!

With the Rustoleum paint, it looks great. Any issues with it so far? No didn't do anything with body except massage the roof to fit, at which I was only marginally successful. So far I have not had any problems with the Rustoleum color paints and I've used them on several builds recently, straight out of the can and custom mixed and airbrushed. I've never used any of their primers though.

Wicked ride Ron - Those old AMT Ford headers look like they were intended for use on a Nailhead!
