I doscovered this after buying the book (but would still have bought it I think). Go here to look at Hot Rod covers. www.coverbrowser.com/covers/hot-rod/5This link will take you to the end of the TRaKable period (last 12 covers on this page are 1970). Just work backwards from here.

That baby blue "A" roadster with the centrifugal (McCulloch or Paxton?) blower-equipped Nailhead is amazing! Wouldn't be hard to build from existing (thogh some are a little hard to find) kit parts.
