The body and frame was made in the 40:s, the engine came in 1965 and the wheels from Revells -32. By the way it might be a european rod since it has a Ford V6.

The way it is, obviously not. Next, I would say the only way I would allow is if it was a gasser or some kind of drag car...otherwise it wouldn't be considered "traditional" rod or kustom.
