I have seen here discussions about Vintage Stock Cars/NASCARS/Circle Trackers and I didn't "get it" if they are TRaKable or not. So if you don't mind asking.....Is this allowed? It is built the way Paul Goldsmith raced with it in the '60s.

And no, I don't call it NASCAR.
