I've been inspired by the drawing by Janne Kutjen of a 46-7-8 Ford Hardtop in the latest issue of Luke Karosi's magazine, "Kustoms Illustrated". In all aspects my model will be traditional but would a Hardtopped version of this car be TRAKable? Thanks, Gary Hatstat

Haven't seen the drawing in question, but just think of the number of hardtopped traditional 1:1 Mercury kustoms...

Looks TRaKable to me and as Chis said several Mercs were done so why not a Ford. Go for it!

Yeah Glenn, that's just about the one but it's a different color than the one I saw. Looks virtually identical though except for the brown instead of black. Isn't it a beauty! Thanks, Gary

Yeah Gary, a beaut with perfect lines, and the hardtop treatment gets rid of the quarter windows that normally look funky when the top is chopped.
