This is cool. The blown Buick is a great choice and those headers look awesome. Definitely move the radiator and grill back the whole distance of those original radiator supports. Get it right against the cross member and that will tighten up the look of the whole car.
I’m trying to wrap my head around the ‘32 firewall. I’ve grown up with ‘34 Ford’s as my dad has had them since before I was born so it looks funky to me! LOL!

Yeah, definitely move the grille shell and radiator back. Can you move the engine back any more? Maybe notch the firewall a bit for it? It's looking killer, man.

The firewall is not stopping the engine from moving back. if you read my last update you will note that the engine is pushed all the way back against the molded in x-member. If I went through all the trouble the remove and replace the x-member this project would grind to a halt. Plus, i like where the engine sits now. And Dennis, it really isn't a 32 firewall anymore. I added the bottom 2/3 of a 34 firewall with it's kickout, so it's definitely looking more like a 34 now, and occupies the same space a stock 34 firewall would occupy. I'm going to be very busy for the next 10 days or so(getting married this weekend), and then I will hopefully have one of Ed's brand new 32 RPU's on my bench, which I told him I would prioritize once I got it, so this may get back-burnered for awhile. We'll see.

Aww man that is friggin' sweet! I seen a revell snapper in value village last year all built for a few dollars. I passed it up. Now I'm kicking myself for not scooping it up. Now I don't see those anywhere.

Thanks chris.
Ever since I built my new hobby room I've been struggling to find motivation to actually use it.
This one is in a tote, waiting to be looked at again with about 1447 other projects
