They're all quite fine to my eyes, and the white roadster certainly deserved its prize. The pickup is the most conventionallu clean in execution. A well done custom pickup most likely to please many of us. The engine compartment of the chopped Tudor is super sharp, too. But for me the Bad News altered sedan with the hood on in the rear three quarter view sez hot rod the best and is the one that does it for me. Congrats on a fine 2019 and all the best for 2020.

Every one of those builds is drop-dead awesome, but the '53 pickup reeeeally trips my trigger.

Dennis, I cant make up any more compliments than have already been showered on your excellent work. Your paint is amazing, choice of parts and execution just mirrors the work you’re doing on full sized Hot Rods. For me that’s one thing I like most about your building style, it is for the most part 99.9% technically correct (take off .01% for all plastic construction!, LoL!) can’t wait to see what comes off your bench in 2020!
I just wish I could put them together as quickly as you do, I’d have some “me time” for my own projects. Sadly I have not built one project that would fit here, I’ve been doing other people’s non-traditional, race cars, high school hot rods from the 70’s and 80’s, I have been collecting parts for my own stuff in the mean time. I’m hoping 2020 is the year I get my stuff going instead of stalled behind other people’s builds.

Holy smokes, Dennis, these are all so well-done! I love the vanilla roadster and the bad-ass tudor A!

Bunch of beautiful models as always from your workbench! Looks like you had a really good year. I have to say it's really hard to pick a favorite because all of them are so well done. But maybe the Bad News Altered would be my pick - the stance and radical engine setback look just right.

I’ve mentioned it before and your absolutely right, my full scale hot rod building has a giant impact on my model building. Not just in making things look mechanically correct but also in knowing how to approach modifications and fabrication work. I’d say the “model factor” handicap is more like 5-10% though!

It was a long time coming!
