Loooong time since i´ve posted any builds, haven´t been building anything for a long time now. But now it´s time, Bought this Revell 48 Ford coupe a couple years ago. After a quick look in the box i think it´s a really nice kit, much nice extra stuff there, flipper and caddy caps several grilles different bumpers. Gonna go with the Olds style grille, skirts a little taildraggin in the rear and green or maroon red, maybe with a flat clear.

Sounds good. These cars were so popular when I was a kid.

Wicked. Sounds like a good plan! I've been keeping my eye out for one of these kits because I didn't get one when the kit was new, and they seem difficult to come by/very expensive for some reason. Maybe it's time for Revell to do another run of 'em, haha.

Got some work done on the chassi. The green are gonna be on the body too, not decided yet if it´s gonna be glossy or flat.

Got some primer on the body, not much bodywork to be done but i´ve had to remove the rear taillight holes in the body, i´m a sucker for bumperguard taillights so they had to be filled. The kit includes Briz styled bumpers, those looks awsome but i can´t use bumperguards on these, a dilemma right now but i´m gonna think about it. Otherwise those bumpers gonna end up on another build. Also been molding the grille "frame" to the body.

The paint is on, it went out a bit too much light green for my taste but i´m gonna use it anyway. BIG question now glossy or flat? ? could be nice in both....

With all that real estate I'd go glossy for sure.
