Stunning, makes one appreciate the Art-Deco design of the 30's all that much more! Quite an amazing body of work, just in this '36 alone. Seeing the profile shots on your '36, makes me wonder why Ford didn't carry over the suicide doors to the 3W coupes from the '34 3W coupes, it would have been a natural style wise adding to the already flowing lines of the '36 3W coupes. Every little detail you've added to your '36 just makes it that much more stylish and beautifully stunning, so much so that if one didn't already know it was a scale version that it was the real thing! Thanks, I hope you stick around here and keep challenging the rest of us neophytes to raise our standard of build to the highest levels as well!

Absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for sharing the WIP photos and techniques you used to achieve such spectacular results. I don't know how you manage to achieve such dust-free conditions for the final showcase photos; that's almost as impressive as the model itself haha.

Steve, at this point I'm never surprised by what you are capable of, but at the same time, my mind is blown. Does that make any sense at all? I'm not sure it does. I guess knowing you will be amazed doesn't necessarily prevent you from being amazed nevertheless.
This car is just absolutely gorgeous. I love the colors, the lines, the cleanliness... I hope to see it in person one of these days.

I love the door hinges! Somehow I missed that detail before in the build thread! Awesome job as usual! The door frame window channel detail is superb! The one main give away (to those who don't know they are looking at a model) is the reflection in the wheel-covers and paint job in certain photos! LOL!

Thanks! Yes, I think that slanted door line would have fit well in the design. I guess the designers figured 3 years was enough & time for a change.
