I'm no expert, but it looks like it would be borderline. The valve covers are what sticks out to me.
That being said, that paint is gorgeous. and I'm assuming the headers are solder? Very well done.

I think craig is correct, a pair of period finned valve covers would drop this beautiful dragster right into '67-'69!

I agree with Craig and Rob's comments. Still, it's a gorgeous build. The lace painting is especially well done.

Agreed, the Moroso valve covers are too late, but otherwise looks good. To be really pedantic, dual quads and velocity stacks seems more '70s to me... either 6x2 carbs or injection atop the blower would be more TRaK period.
Outstanding paint, BTW.
