wow ! THIS is surgery ! I believe i did sort of exact contrary of yours : 40 body with 48 front end and rear fender ... kinda same idea anyway !

Yea I know my cuts are a little sloppy the camera makes them look worse than they really are what im trying to do is fill all that I can with plastics and then use a very thin coat of putty this way i wont have a bondo barge it will just be a plastic barge lmao Im using my thin cutting disc in my dremel for all my cuts and a small round bit for hoggin out round cuts like the rear window just bear with me guys ill keep cuttin along on this one lol its only plastic Bud Ellis Kustoms

I really like that Bud ! I think the cuts look fine ! As You know, the end result is what matters...Thats got a neat early fifties Kustom look, Lookin for ward to seeing it done !
