Thanks to Matt Trotta and Randfink, I had to figure out how to section a 32! I'm sure theres other ways to do it, but this is what I estimated would work best. Taped off the main section with 3mm tape, followed the wheel arch from the midpoint back, and across the trunk (above the trunk lid line) The results of cutting... Lined up the 2 parts to trace the arch to cut away from the upper portion... Tacked together.... Obviously just a rough cut, there's still a ton of work to straighten everything out. The section ended up being about 4mm total, with cut wastage and sanding the edges level. I'm going to try it again, starting with 2mm tape and using multiple cutoff wheels stacked in the dremel to get more symmetrical cuts.

Hmmmm, interesting. I think I would try to find a way that would keep the cowl and door lines aligned. I haven't tried this, so it is just speculation. Good luck

Bob, Yeah, its 3M fineline tape.
Geezerman... Just like a top chop, things have to stretch. You have to line up the rear first and make adjustments as you go forward (just like stretching a roof, but in reverse) I'll probably fill in the door lines and scribe new ones. I'll also cut the cowl back and rebuild the forward lip.
I've never sectioned a body before, so this is really just an exercise to figure out how its done... I've already learned a few things. Like i said earlier, if I figure out a clean approach, I'll do it again with less section and cleaner cuts, which may end up as a project.

Not all automotive stores, especially the chain stores, carry auto paint supplies. I find it hard to believe that a metropolis like OMaha wouldn't have an auto paint supply. Try an independent auto supply store.
