I'm just asking, because there seems to have been a quite strong anti-musclecar opinion on this forum. And yeah, I can understand why because they aren't "traditional rods or customs" as they are. However, they can be built like that, and I already know how to build mine... Just that some people would see a GTO as a muscle car, no matter how it was built, I guess... So I'm just asking to be 100% sure. I know how to build it already, the design are well suited for a mild custom IMO...

Mattias , as far as I am concerned.....if it's pre 70, I don't care what it came out of the "factory" as....it can be made into a rod, kustom, drag, bonneville or jalopy.....it just takes imagination, creativity and knowledge ;D

 How does this look? I have a fear that it looks too modern, on the other hand, the seats are from the MPC 1967 GTO kit and the tires are Polyglas GT that also came out in the very late days of trakability... Bob, what does you say? |

brand of tire doesn't matter to me, but the sidewall height does. yours looks fine....they had black walls in the old days.  |
