No, that was not a hint. The period '29 on '32 rails was done for some Revell diecast pieces back in '02. Laughing...personally I would to see Galaxie do a 49 Caddy or 53 Roadmaster ;D

No, that was not a hint. The period '29 on '32 rails was done for some Revell diecast pieces back in '02. that's a nice peice! Jairus, my neice's boyfriend (21 yrs old) is here with her and my father in law for the weekend. He was pretty intertested in my models and what it is that is going on with the hobby now etc.... he used to build and might start again after our talk. Anyways..he said he loves to draw and i showed him your stuff...he sat here on my computer and just drooled! I told him he should start drawing and building models again...it's a shame to waste talent even if its only a splinter of it. Thanks for posting your work here, it's an honor.

Prints cost money to have printed. I don't have the capitol to make even 20 of each so .... seeing them on the forum is unfortunately the best you'll get.
Unless you want to print them yourself.... sorry dude.

Jairus, the spread on the trucksters in MCM was the catalyst to my scratchbuilding "cherry" being broken. Your illustrations are amazing, and to do it in a way that we can try to replicate is great. My truckster didn't come out great, but thanks for the seed and for sharing your talent with us.

Your illustrations are amazing, and to do it in a way that we can try to replicate is great. I second that!!! Imaginative (and great looking) rods that can actually be built from available kits - I really like your "32/33 Ford-Ala-Ice T" !

beautiful art Jairus !!!!! your truckster proves that a deeply sectioned vehicle can look great and NOT use a tractor grille.

Jairus, I don't know where in the world I have been to have missed this thread, but WOW-O-WOW!!!! I gotta use that truckster concept! Looks pretty doable, to me. Nice work, man! Like Charles, I can appreciate your illustrative discipline. Takes quite the steady hand to do a pen/ink style like this. Any fan of high $$$ comics (I am not poking fun at you) can see a familiar similarity. I dig the daylights outta good illustration art, especially when it has Hot Rods or Hot Rod Betties tastefully incorporated. Got any "nose art" style illustrations? Something tells me that you do. Great work, man! Thanks for joining and for posting these and hopefully lots of other art!
