In the "introduce yourself" section, there was a request made for me to post some of my pinstriping. I've been striping for almost 2 years, and am still learning. I actually got more into model building as a result of the striping--got reallly frustrated with it and wanted to move away from painting. ... found that in my first model attempt every other minute i was layin down paint! gotta love the irony. here ya go: My toolbox, which was my grandfathers. Decided to stripe it one day. An old Ford wrench that I did. One of my favorites: Side of a toolbox for one of my college track teammates: For the local barbershop: that's a good little sampling i think. Sadly, most of the pictures of cars that I striped were lost on my digital camera. had some cool shots from Mooneyes '08 too.

I asked about your striping in your intro. Have a keen intrest in that genre.
OK, The first car I striped was a 2 year old 60 Buick, so I've been around.
Your designs are OK. Your lines are OK. Sorry to not gush over them, but keep at it. you are doing good and will get better. The endings of some of the lines on your toolbox lines are way too blunt The clasic wrench is killer. Both for the artwork and for using it as a subject. Cheers

Good work, I've learned that striping like model building gets better with constant practice.
I too like the wrench, but I'm no good with the really fine lines something like that requires.
Keep at it and please post some more as you go.
