Simply BITCH'N!!!!!!!!! I'm in love! And, the rear bumper doesn't even bother me! LOL! Are those Modelhaus' chrome reverse wheels with the spyder caps molded in?

What a great idea! And a very clean conversion too. Excellent work.
What's wrong with the bumper?

Man o man I think Revell should take a very strong hint from this.I have the scale equipment LTD resin kit that uses the AMT for the doner and I thought that was good but this is great very nice.

The word "beautiful" just doesn't seem to do this conversion-work justice... It's some of the cleanest "plastic surgery" I've seen in a long time, and I'm sure that the final result will be nothing short of amazing!
I completely agree with Ed regarding the wheels!
I wasn't aware that Modelhaus did a set of Chrome reverse rims w. molded-in spyder caps - What's their part #?

What's wrong with the bumper? The Nomad rear bumper has a flat center section to mount the license plate, and it has a bumper guard on each side of the flat section, mounting the license plate lights. Chrome reverse rims w. molded-in spyder caps - What's their part #? W-120 for the fronts, W-150 for the rears.

HELL YEAH! I have always loved the '57 Nomad and this is going to be great! I never built a model simply for the same reasons you are doing yours.

I love conversions and this is one of the most clever. I can see you spent a lot of time deciding what to cut where. Seems to me you could put the rear plate on the bumper as is. Gary
