awesome drawings! looks like roadsters are your thing. is that a '53 vette interior in the first one? sounds funny being they are drawings, but i see good resemblances.

Yeah, the first and fifth are both variants on the same car. I drew the basic shape with a 53 or 54 Chevy in mind. A couple of them ended up with that roadster design using the early corvette windshield and cockpit area; the others are hard tops with a Studebaker Hawk looking roof lines. I've always liked the elegant yet sporty look of those early vettes, so they really did play a big part in my inspiration for them.
These are the drawings I carry around with me to classes and work on when I get bored or don't have enough time to start any school work, so they are more rough than most of my art projects from high school.

Whatever you do, don't stop!!!! I like that porthole idea on the Buick-powered gasser! I have been thinkin of doin something like that on a '40 Ford or on a '51 Fleetline that I was gonna do. I like the windshield idea for the Chubby roadsters. You have some great inspiration here! Keep at it.
