Man do I dig those headers now compared to how they look right out of the '34 Ford 5 window coupe kit! LOL! I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Your collector cones gave them that all-business race car look but those parts pack flanges made them a whole new part. Now I'm gonna have to keep my eye out for cheap 283's! I have at least one or two Revell 283 parts pack engines........should pull them out and mold the header flanges.

Your work is awesome I can look at art pieces all day. I would also like to say the pictures are so crisp and fine tuned, thanks for sharing.

Awesome - I really dig the metallic shade you’ve used on the wheels!

Yup, the wheels caught my eye too. But the rest of your parts are gonna look fine when it's all assembled. Gary

Awesome - I really dig the metallic shade you’ve used on the wheels! Thanks! The wheels are brush painted Model Master “Jet Exhaust” over Duplicolor dark gray sandable primer and sealed with Tamiya semi-gloss clear. As far as I’m concerned it’s one of the best recipes going to authentically duplicate the golden Dow-7 coating applied to magnesium wheels in the 60’s.

I like the wheel treatment too, so thanks for those details! Looks I need to track down some Jet Exhaust.

Engine's looking sweet!! You have a knack for picking some interesting color combos. I wouldn't have thought of gunmetal and orange on a period build, so I'm very curious to see what the lighter-toned body ends up looking like. Very cool.
