So, I thought I was doing good with the camera, I really did. I had a pretty neutral backround, a fairly reflective surface (the top of my microwave) and had a handle on the flash. In the camera the phot preview looked acceptable, I loaded them in to my computer and everything looked fine but when I uploaded them to photobucket I had to make sure my glasses were on. Everything was blurry and the photos just kind of plain sucked. Anyhow, here's the few sort of OK ones. I figure I did this one in 1987 or 88 as I was probably a sophmore in high school. & it has stayed with me and intact through move after move after move. Hell...I've had this model longer than I had my ex wife! Like I say, its not super detailed...most of my models are ust kind of "general ideas" but I'd have to say this has always been my favorite. And of course, every hot rod has to have its companion BSA....and equally horrible picture I'm afraid. I'll get the hand of this camera yet....mark my words!

Thanks.....you're too kind. ;D Its been in the back of my mind to re-do that one with much smoother paint but I can't bring myself to it...its 20 years old this year! If nothing else...I suppose its a good contrast to some I've got with much smoother paint.

What? A BSA? Oh man!!!!!!! Now THAT speaks HotRod, buddy! Nice job on both of these. I dig the lead-in shot and the forced perspective, out of focus fade-away. I mean that! I really dig it! Very artistic, to me!

Ah yes...that first photo. I was trying to capture the sharp edge of the whitewall in contrast to the sloppy blue blob on the tail light. I was trying to channel all my photographic influences in..... What?!?! ;D ;D Its all a total accident...but thank you for the kind words.
