Body and engine work. Made a 4 carb intake, with their dummy generator pulley bracket. I used liquid cement and a stiff brush to add the rough casting texture to the Flathead block and bell housing flange. On the firewall I added the stiffener beads . I scratch built and wired the Mallory Tach / ignition box, with a Mallory decal too. Made the GM truck combo master cylinder for brakes and clutch.

Nice work Paul, love that color, traditional all the way to the bank! As I used to hear every Saturday night hanging out with my grandma; "Wonerful, Wonerful!" He must have been thinking of something this cool to come up with that! LoL!

I have a photo of the original, had no idea it had been found though. Great idea to replicate it.

Looks great Paul. Love the color. Fuel lines seem a bit big. Just a nit. Great work.

Paul, Looking Good! In regard to oversized looking fuel lines, when I first saw the size of the fuel lines on this engine, I thought they were rather large looking myself. That is until I meandered across a picture of a similar full-sized engine from back in the day which had what appeared to be heater hose sized fuel lines, that was enough to convince me!

Looks great Paul. Love the color. Fuel lines seem a bit big. Just a nit. Great work. 1/2 " id for massive doses of Alky. Header tubes a 1 3/8" out side of fuel hoses are a bit uder half of the header tub diameter.
