Holy crap, zoomies and a spider web!! I wanna see more of it and find out when the pic was taken. It was labeled "Hartford '50's" in my stash...it's the only photo of that one I've got, I've been going through a lot of old stuff and weeding out the duplicates and "meh" photos and that's one I came across. Looking at the clothing and backround vehicles, I've gotta believe the time period is correct. Here's some more from that packet:

Yeah John, I was looking at the clothing too. I am not sure if it's 60s or 70's though. I still want to see more of it if anyone has any. Nice pics guys, keep them coming!

This radical custom is a '49 Ford.

The pinkish Ford was called 'The Dragon'. I've got a model project of that going. It hould be ready for final paint when I get some time.

I have a '?' (or 3) about the photo of that 'T', how long has Connecticut had personalized plates? The '60's? as I'm pretty sure it's a '60's car, or was it taken at a nostalgia event in the '70's or '80's?

I found this on the web: "Prior to World War II (in 1941) Connecticut issued their first vanity plate." Looking at the narrow legged trousers and short hair on the men, I'd think this picture has to be from the '60s.
