Sweet! Great looking car.
FWIW, I prefer the gold lettering. Nice looking decals. What kind of paper was used?

Thanks, guys! Tempted to leave both colors on. heheh. Eric, it's this: www.bare-metal.com/Experts-Choice-Decal-Film.htmlBy the time you seal it up with clear to keep the inks from running, it's a little on the thick side but that's not really an issue if you stick to relatively flat areas. Sticks and snugs down real well, and most importantly as you can see it takes the ink very well and keeps a nice sharp edge where others I've seen have some difficulty with the edges of the ink staying "tight" if you know what I mean. I got mine on ebay but it's pretty easy to track down from multiple sources now from what I've seen. The printer is just a cheap Canon MG5400...works fine for this kind of stuff although I sure do wish I had bought an ALPS when they were out so I could do foil.

I vote gold lettering. Green for the money, gold for the honey.

Thanks, might have to try some of that paper. I had bought some at a local art supply place, and managed to misplace it before I had a chance to use it. Bought some of the little Testors sheets, and wasn't impressed. Don't know if it was the paper or my printer.
I like the idea of both colors of lettering on both sides- most people who look at it probably wouldn't notice.

That's looking excellent! Nice color choices and those texts really give it a finishing touch. Nice body style, too and your stance seems to be just right! I can't wait to see more of this.

Thanks, guys. Glad ya like it. I ended up with two small chips in the ink on the gold side, so replaced it with the extra green signage. I did think the gold looked better in pics, but the green looks better in person. Finished the panel art off with a Caddy emblem decal over some pins that I trimmed the long horns off, along with some more pins on the ends of the contact line. My old buddy here Eric Stone has been kind enough to send a couple more of the end pinstripes so that I can finish the other side. I also plastered the rear with stickers but I'll let those hold off 'til the finished shots when they can be presented more in context. For now it's time to get the rest of the thing painted and figure out what will motivate it down the track. More pics as that stuff comes together.
