I take it you thinned it down a little? Either way, nice touch, and as with the other builds of yours that I have seen, GREAT detail. I really like that aqua! Great idea, and definately traditional! I just recently laid my hands on one of these that a buddy of mine built. I like the proportions of this kit, with the exception of the body lines (as you noted). The antenna area has always been one of the areas I never liked in these kits, either. Nice touch with that little detail! Keep it coming, buddy!

Dave I have a friend that runs a hobby store, he has a decal program on his computer so anything I like he just shrinks it down to scale and makes several copies for me......

Well amigos, bad news, had to put the Impala under easy-off, didn't like the results of the paint. First of all, I thought that by coating it on top of gray primer, the white would be pretty much well, white!! Came out a little too dark and on top of that, after laying the paint there was a big ass piece of hair on the side, how didn't I notice this, I don't know. Anyhow, here we go again and this time I will have a white base on this thing!!! I guess you live and learn!!! Also noticed that the white on the hood was a bit brighter than the rest of the paint.....

bummer! yeah i had that happen to me too. it's the white paint don't want to cover well over the dark gray primer. i learned my lesson at least two times now.
