Right, I've got my fingers crossed that this will pass the regs. I really hope it does because this is my best yet (even though I say it myself) I hope none of the parts are the wrong vintage, as I tried to keep this old school. I scoured the net for reference pics of Mercs and similar cars. I love the shape of them. I decided not to chop the roof, because as this is only my 4th car and it cost £££ to get it on eBay from Canada, I can't afford to screw it up. It's not like in the U.S.A. where big stores sell loads of cheap kits. They're like rocking-horse manure over here in the UK, so I have to be a bit careful with my experiments. ive been building models for 3 or 4 years and i have yet to build something as nice as that. Fantastic work and that is definately traditional!

Another great piece. Engine bay is super. What do you use for those color co-ordinated plug wires.
It's great to see some one put out a superb build on a low budget!
