Great work blending in those headlight pods!
I'm not quite "feeling" the fins though - They give the otherwise sporty car a heavy and slab-sided look. Have you considered styling the rear fenders more like a '59 Cadillac (twin elongated taillight pods) instead?

Nice work so far! Those headlight pods are blended in quite well; and those Chrysler quarter panels/fins are going to be wild for sure! Are you planning on retaining the matching Corvette rear wheel wells (so it's the same front and back)? Yes, definitely going to keep the Vette wheel wells. I am mostly going to trim off the top edge and the very back end of the Vette quarter panel to blend in the Chrysler quarter panels. Whoa!! Those fins have a bit of a Sunbeam Tiger-meets-Batmobile look right now Are you going to go as crazy as the X-sonic and Moon Rocket? The X-sonic will definitely have some influence on this build as it is and has been for a long time a favorite of mine. Great work blending in those headlight pods! I'm not quite "feeling" the fins though - They give the otherwise sporty car a heavy and slab-sided look. Have you considered styling the rear fenders more like a '59 Cadillac (twin elongated taillight pods) instead? The Chrysler quarter panels should not feel or look nearly as heavy once I get them blended in the way I have planned. I hope anyway. I also have a plan to make the car appear even lighter and sportier than it was to start with.

The more I look at your latest photos the more I like how the custom headlight pods compliment the original styling of the back end; which is more reminiscent of the very first custom Vette you posted on page 1......mild custom work up front; and very little done to the lines out back! Give it some more thought before jumping in with the Chrysler fins! LOL!

Cool, the early vettes really lend themselves to the custom style, to my mind even better than pro touring

I think the front works realy well. Like the others, I have reservations about the fins, but I'll reserve judgement until it's progressed.

Lol, that's creative! The gun-sight skeg fins on the nose are something I've never seen before. Gotta say I prefer Chris's version by a long shot, so far Speaking of that, I'm gettin' anxious for an update!
