Where are the tires from ? Modelhaus maybe ? Which part number ? Yes they are Modelhaus's T-170's except for #2 there T-180's. Everytime I go to a show when Don (Modelhaus) is there, I end up buying 8-10 more sets of WW because I can always use more. ;D

Bitchin Sled. As for the tire wheel combo, I like em all, but #3 seems to stand out and Scream Kustom!

I'm going with 3,4,& 5. on the whls, hubcaps. Colors bitchin', buut there's just something strange about the customs hood, just my opinion. I'm gonna have a large model bill this month, seen to many things to get just today. Thanks for the tire nbrs. I belive I'll butcher a stocker.

A little update... Well i wet-sanded and polished it till i was afraid to rub threw the paint, I really don't want to do that... In the wheel question i have made a decision... Going with the B's from the Rivera kit on one side and the steelies on the other. Both styles use the same tire so it will sit even and also give it that "wait a second" look on the tables. So here's some updated pics... Still need to foil and throw a coat of wax on it. Interior is painted and almost ready for assembly. Thanks for all the help.. Later

You did an excellent job polishing this to mirror glaze. Awesome.
Interesting wheel choice thoug. Maybe I´m old fashioned, but i would go for the same wheels in all 4 corners.

I think the wheels from the Riv. kit look best. I don't give a rat's ass if they are billet are not: they look good to me.
Please don't do the miss-match wheel thing. Whatever style you choose, make them match 4 times. Just my $.02
I do love that color!

I'd go with number 2 or 5, Mike. Both fit the flavor of the car better than the rest. By the way... I like your otiginal choice, too, because they have the right "look" but Bob is right... billet is a no-no.

Well after using 3/4 of a sheet of BM foil, it's almost done. ;D Still have to figure out how to get the windows in and the rest should be a snap to finish.. Gotta love curbsides.. These aren't the wheels that are going on the finished car.. I'm going with the B's. I have had them on my bench for over 2yrs and have never used them. I've been waiting for the right project for them and this car is the one. It looks really good with them on and its the look i was going for in the begining.. You might get one more update on this before the wheels go on for good, but after that you will be able to see the final build on ModelCarsMag.com. Thank you everyone for your input and don't worry I already have plans for those steelies.. Later Mike

Mike, this is looking really slick! either way you go with the wheels, i think it's gonna be perfect! yeah billet is a no-no here, but i would like to see the finished build so i will check modelcars forum just for the record, i wish them wheels didn't go against tradition cuz i would love to see this car posted here.
