ps - I marked my pickup's front fenders last night where I'm going to clip in the fronts of some '53 fenders and hood edge so I can use the kustom grilles from that kit on my '50 Ford shop cruiser. Man, this pickup build-off is fun! Matt, yer killin' me here! pictures, we need pictures! ;D

I never did like the fender opening on this model of truck and I don't think that Ford had "A better idea" with that element. You have touched the sorest spot on these trucks and made it better Randy! Great job! I have seen this done in 1:1 (both good and BAD, and when it goes bad, it is a horrible sight!) The taillight treatment is definately a treat. Keep rollin' dem bones, friend! Yer shootin' hot!

Wow randy ! what an improvement ! those short wheels openings are a great idea, and you even had place for those kool tailites !lol!
