Well, only had one feedback...looking at some Don Montgomery and other lakes books I have (not as many as I would like) Took a built AMT 40 Ford I had bought for the wheels and a dremel and sliced the top off; I had seen an example where one rod had used a 40 Ford roof for a bellypan and wanted to do that. Going to finish cleaning the chop up and paint this as a Backyard effort. Going to use the flathead from the partsbox with the McCulloch supercharger for this and lake pipes, no lights, nothing not needed for a run.

Going for the lakes... Got it where I want, need to change the shape of the opening on the driver's side and rescribe the door opening and figure out how to re-do the top hinge. Bellypan made from cutting the top off a built AMT 40 Ford, similar to a lakes rod from the early 50s I had seen a pic of. Charles
