well, we'll see if this works. if the picture comes through, it's a '32 Vicky. as you can see it isn't finished yet. i'm not gluing it together(body&frame)as i have other plans for it. i had a story for it that would have been more interesting than what you're seeing but don't know if i can use it(board rules). i forgot to mention, i'm bring this on all the cruises for the time bein.

Vicky's kick serious ass. I have a stock built one just missing the cowl lights in the freezer that I am going to hot rod soon. Fuzzy pics...weren't you saying before Duane that you are using a phone camera? Might have something to do with that...

I think Charles is right. Ya gotta have a VERY steady hand if you want clear pics. Try duct-taping it to the counter!!! Ha!!! No, really. Try using a "two-hand" hold. Brace yourself against a solid object that will stabilize YOU, then hold the camera in BOTH hands, and snap your pic. I was getting pretty crappy pics from my little FujiFilm A-500 until I started shooting all of my pics in MACRO mode on a tri-pod. BOY-HOWDY! What a world of difference! THe toher thing to try and remeber is the pixel rate. My camera can get up to 5.1 MegaPixels. I don't know about cell phones. Try to take your pics at the highest rate and see how they turn out. I "re-size" my pics with a little program that I downloaded call PixResizer. It can take a pic that was originally, say, 258 Kb, and shrink it down to about 45 Kb. Makes for faster uploads when all you have is dial-up. But, you don't lose any clarity or color in your resized pic. OK, I didn't mean to hi-jack the thread. I just thought that I would pass this little tidbit on.

you didn't hi-jack this thread Tom; you were teaching. i'll try your suggestion of using both hands. when i talked with the tech at my phone service provider, he assured me that my camera was set for the best pictures. i'm thinkin that's it's just shakey me lol(not really THAT bad but, bad enough) lol.

Very cool! I was thinking about doing the Vicky next but I picked the Tudor instead. I'm glad I waited so I can gather more ideas! Looking good, keep us posted.
