1:32 1910 Studebaker Electric coupe body (old Minicraft kit) with 1:25 Revell Midget parts to make it a hot rod. Yeah, I know the early rodding mags weren't overflowing with Flattie-powered ex-electric Studes, but it COULD have been built, and nothing visible on it is newer than mid '50's so... whaddya think?

Awesome idea and pretty damn cool looking as well! However the scale clash pretty much kills it if we have to follow the guidelines (But I definitely think you should build it anyway!)

I like the way it looks, different for sure. I don't know what you mean Chris, is the engine looking out of scale?

Since the V-8 60 is so small anyway, it doesn't look that much out of proportion to me. Compare this build to other 1/32 scale rods by Lindburg and Aurora and I think it would fit right in.

Watcha-wanna-bet that the 'Stude' ain't exactly to scale, as it it was made in the era of 'what fit in the box'. Very cool, Chuck yer the Most!

Yeah I like it, the odd rods were always popping up throughout the decades.

Yeah- I planned to stab the V8-60 into a regular 1:25 hot rod, but even in a T the thing looked fargen dinky. But I thought it might look kinda/sorta like an 85 or 100 horse Flathead in a 1:32 application. Bounced the idea off a couple other people, they both figured it would be close enough in size to the big Flattie in the smaller scale, so I thought what the hell and here we are!
