I think if you lost the fenders and the sun-visor , threw on a track nose with a full hood, and some skinny tires you could have a cool dry lakes racer. the massive chop, low stance, and sun-visor that blocks windshield visibility makes it look like a glorified show rat rod, if that is a genre? Thats just my opinion.... I think the flip up roof is a pretty cool idea though.
Edit: Seeing as its just a mockup I think its probably too early to get an accurate idea of how trakable it really is, why not just build it and repost it here when its done.

I agree with Kyle. As soon as I saw that radical chop and the hinged roof I thought "salt flats". I think if you did put on a track nose, a slat flat wheel and tire combo, and made it dirty like it just mad a run, it would be fantastic! I can just picture it now........it reminds me of the ingenutiy racers showed in days gone by. Running what they've got and making the best of it! If you dont do it Jody, I might have to!

No offense, but DONT EVER say rat about my builds I dont build rat crap! This will be a show kustom. No primer, no suede nada. Simple question, trackable or not?

Perhaps I should include this photo so that everyone knows where I am sorta headed. The chop is maybe about 3" too drastic. That does leave my visor a tad too big. So yes, I will have to mod that!. Thanks.

Your assemblage of parts is too early on in the build to tell if it would be TRakable. The overall style of the picture above looks TRakable...except for the front disc brakes and what appears to be a coil over rear suspension. This is just my opinion, yours may vary and/or contradict.

For brakes, I have Eds Finned drums for all of the way around. My exhaust will be more like zoomies. Was going just regular shocks on the back, not as fancy as the show rods. Also doing ladder bars on the suspension to keep everything straight. Engine will be a 409 with injectors. Quick change rear end. Diamond pleated(?) interior. Thanks.

the visor is so low browed, you couldn't see past that....the chop and lid roof is ok and does remind of salt flats right away. the fenders are trakable...but show roddish like mentioned. I think everyone has pretty much nailed what I think.
