You just have to click the little pictogram of a red camera from the "add tags" line above the message-field, when your writing a post/reply

This will bring out two "commands" (img and /img) encased in "brackets". Simply copy the link for the picture, and paste it between the ] and [ bracket as such: [...]link[...]

I can't get it to work. I am doing a straight cut and paste for the Fotki page.

Ok, I see the problem: Right-click on the picture with the mouse, then click "properties" in the panel that appears.
A new panel will appear with a field that's named address (URL).

This address is the one you need to mark and copy in between the img-brackets
