I just finished this one 2 weeks ago after 3 years in progress. I used the Revell street rod kit, with wheels/tires from the '48 kit. I used a stock rear axle with the dropped rear spring from the '48. I used the kit dropped axle in front. The interior is stock except for the '48 steering wheel. The body has 6 coats of Tamiya black, sprayed right out of the can. The fender skirts are from the Monogram '36 Ford. At it's first show, only days after completion it won a Top 10 award and President's Choice. After a 2 year slump that felt pretty good! Thanks for looking!
