Do not have the parts to build as a 40s hotrod so its going to look like a late 60s build but with a pinto motor so I doubt it would be appropriate here,I have a T roadster body that I could build into a 40s hotrod after this one is done. Attachment Deleted

Perhaps the wheels are a tad to modern, but otherwise I can't see a problem!

The wheels might change once I get the suspension done but will be keeping the pinto motor,I am using what I have in stock to build it so its going to have a traditional suspension with a narrowed 32 rear end and dropped axle. If I can find a set of 40 Ford or 53 Ford p/u rims they could go on but I do not have a complete set.

I see no real problem with the wheels; keep the hood closed and there goes the "modern" power plant!

I originally planned on using the banger from the Revell 31 sedan delivery but is too tall with the OHV conversion and down draft carbs but I have a AMT 28 roadster that that will go in for a 40s hotrod and not really wanting to stick a V8 in the T so I am kind of stuck with the pinto motor and will keep the hood closed.
