TRaKable or not? I'm not sure on this model. It was a test mule that I built in a day which was a first for me.

Nothing about this isn't TRaKable. The year of the car, the tires and wheels, and the customizing strategy are all irrefutably pre-1969. The idea itself is original and creative and, IMHO, to be encouraged. The only things I would change (and they are really minor, I would emphasize)are the tail dragging stance (not appropriate for the body style. wheels/tires, and era) and the heavy windshield surround. If this what you'll be treating us to during your 1:1 "sabbatical", bring 'em on!

This is cool! Has an early-lowrider look to it. You built a sectioned model car in a day???
Man, I must be doing something wrong, even a roof chop takes me, like, weeks!

Bernard, I think the level of the photo and the shape of the rear quarters makes it appear to have a tail dragger stance. It actually sets level. The reason I left the windshield at the stock height is because of the heavy section and the channeled frame. There was no room left for a chopped windshield.
Chris, I cheated on this model and proved a theory I had about sectioning a model. All of the height was taken out of the bottom. To be done right, the wheel well openings should be raised some. But, I left them as is for another idea I had.

There's no way to make this model look level. It's the shape of the quarter panels that gives it the tail down appearance. In this photo, I leveled it on a grid and actually made the rear a touch higher.
