The rear tires are probably o.k. since we discussed Goodyear Blue Streaks before; but I don't think the front tires would meet the cut-off......as they look like the ones found in kits like the AMT '62 Corvette.....too '70's-ish'. I can't say much on the wheels since I cannot really see what they are. But, most likely not. Are they the Halibrand knock-off wheels that you would run on Cobras? More than likely you could get this build to 'pas tech' if you changed the wheels and front tires.......if it's something you really wanted to do to post this one on the forum for others to see.

Those tires scream 70s to me..the wheels I can't quite see.
The paintjob seems a bit 90s (mostly because 2-toning at the beltline was THE street rodding go-to paint job for a lot of the 90s and early 2000s).

I like that custom treatment on the tail end and I'd like to see more of it!

The current rolling stock doesn't really fit and I agree with Chris about the two tone paint. I really like that rear end treatment.
