Couldn't agree more. And, there's just not enough traffic on this little niche site to warrant it anyway. Dennis & B, yes I get it, you know me always trying to dream up new ways to get more traffic on our quiet little street! I'm happy either way, just thought it might be sort of neat to see the Vintage Racers with a spot to park and pose with the rest! Bernard, Dennis,,, My thoughts on that were pretty generic, a category for something like jus "Racing" a free for all catch all for anything racing related. Mistakenly I thought that the breakdown for TRAK was Rod, Kustom, but it really is Rod & Kustom, which is what the proposed "Parking Stall" for Racing was all about. Not to mention, even though we welcome lots of Lakes, Bonneville, Drag Racing types of Pre-69 cars, there always seems to be that question asked, i.e. "Do these fit...". Just looking to drum up some traffic through here, kinda seems like "Radiator Springs" some days!

while I do always respect opinions and ideas, taking them into consideration based on popular response.... I prefer to leave it as it is here. When I am back 100% I plan on cleaning/trimming a little fat off the first glance/home page. This place does focus on Rod and Kustom, it was built with that in mind...but always has welcomed drag. The land speed salty cars and vintage roundy cars were added later on to be accepted within the era and to allow those who like it here...to share their similar era interests. so in a nut shell, I prefer to leave as is...the mix of "what's new" is nice ! it's simple.... up to 1969 cars, trucks... with parts, style and appearance of being built in the "Real world" in 1969 or earlier. this doesn't mean we are looking for realism, it just means to keep in mind... "was this part, style, color/paint type decals etc"....found in 69 or earlier? the real cut off for traditional is 1965, I expanded our views on this to allow more variety. it's for fun anyways right? enjoy! This is how it should be! I see no need for "25" subcategories, (even if all are 100% trakable), in order to further divvy up the forum into little sections/groups.
