the paint was some that I mixed when I worked at NAPA, I found it in the paint chip fan books we had, it was called Lamp Post Green, I painted a `32 coupe back in 2013 with it and thought it was a great color, but then I went and sold that model ! it is a base coat so it dried flat then I cleared it with some Upol #1 clear in an aerosol can.

The plug wire ends are just the boot material that came with a pre-wired distributor from Morgan Automotive Details it is just really just a larger size wire insulation.
