I took the Moebius Nicholson Comet A/FX and did his late 1965 mods. Altered the wheelbase 14" in the rear and 6" in the front. Converted the SOHC from carbs to injection by making the intake from the Revell 427 in to the Weiand unit by machining off about half of the top, adding the tube bases and fuel block / lines. modified the front frame with 1/8" x 3/16" rectangular tube, made leaf springs from .015 x 060 strip, axle and shocks from spares box. Made up the firewall and inner fenders from .010 Aluminum Flashing from Home Depot. Cocked the master like the 1 to 1 to clear the cam cover! ( flashing cuts with scissors, bends easy and has a decent brushed finish. $4 for a 8" x 10 foot piece)
Paint is 1965 Mustang Cherry Red lacquer.

No complaints in that! Dynos late 65 version is my favorite version. The car was nastiest right before Pete Gates took it over
