Those white walls just didn't look right on this little roadster. So I used a little lacquer thinner to remove them. I think it looks much better now with out the white walls especially those over sized ones on the back.

I agree with Randy, ditching the whitewalls is more in keeping with the black frame rails and the overall look of a '29, especially with the '29 grill. There's plenty of bling on your version without them, LOL. You're right about forcing whitewalls onto the rear tires, as Revell did. The sidewalls necessitate far too big a whitewall. I really like the overall conservative tone of this interpretation with it's tri-power SBC and dark frame/body color combo. It' perfect for your impeccable build style. Bravo!

I absolutely love this and I 100 percent agree that it looks a lot better minus the wide whites.
Two questions ... 1. What brand/color is the blue paint you used? 2. What material did you use for the fuel lines?

What material did you use for the fuel lines? Thanks Ken! The paint that I used is Tamiya TS-53 deep metallic blue. The fuel line is midge tubing used for making lures for fly fishing.

Now I have one more question, lol. Are those the kit decals on the seat and door panels or did you use paint?
