Great Job! Your chrome work, interior detailing and crisp paint lines add to a well built beautiful model!
My favorite SS car and driver would be Grumpy’s ‘66/‘67 L-79 Chevrolet Nova SS. Another colorful paint job, likely added to a “body in white” just like about every other race car of the day was. The days when there was “minimal” factory participation and maximum participant ingenuity (as in most cars were built by those who raced them). Those early years before truckloads of dollars became the formula to winning were the most fun for both the racers and spectators as well.
