In 1965 the Mallicoat Brothers won the 1965 Winternationals B/GS class with a twin turbo 327ci Chevy small block powered 1941 Willys. It felled the blown Hemi powered S-W-C Willys by close to .4 seconds.
This is my version of what could have been. Max allowed chopped top and mild custom touches. Powered by a 354 twin turbo Hemi with home made Algon styled injection.

Nicely done Willys Paul. The chop looks just right.

Nice build! An idea popped up to me when seeing this photo. By coincidence, some of the box graphics show through openings in the model. It might be cool to make a Roth-themed race car with headlight fillers that look like the driver's side one above and to make a radiator block-off plate with the box graphic above (but reduced so his full name is visible).

I never paid attendion to the Roth graphics showing in just the right spots! Might use that on 33 Willys van build! Paul
