That's cool to change it to be a standard. Lots of folks probably don't realize that the time of single taillights lasted so long. Only one was required on pickup trucks well into the '50s. The weathering, missing hubcap and other things really work well.

That came out really cool, this kind of "rustification" I can get into. (I mean I dislike the "Ratty-Rust-Jobs" where it's totally overdone to the point one has to wonder if the thing could even roll under its own power without coming apart!) Yet when one like this is done it's believable, weathered like it would naturally and looks good because of it. The V-12 is just icing on the cake, it's something a hot roddin' shiner would add to a "Tanker" to make it go faster.

The weathering is an attempt at showing a lot of dust and dirt on the car. I was planning on splashing some fresh mud up on and under the fenders and running board. I guess I still will. Thanks for your comment Skip. I do appreciate them, always. Gary
