REALLY loving that induction system, the whole mill in fact. More I look, the more little changes I see from the standard kit - you got those listed anywhere?

Here is a loose build thread, one item not listed is that most all the chrome is AK Interactive Super Chrome. . . dabbed on with a brush, not painted on with strokes.

I went ahead and moved this into the On the Shelf section, as it appears to be complete.
Nice job. It shows what a nice traditional hot rod can be built from the new Revell roadster with some well thought out parts swapping and a little elbow grease.

Thanks for moving it. 9 degrees, 12 hours of snow and and 3 Bassets who insist on going to see the snow and immediately run back inside because it is snowing screwed me posting it.

Nice kit bash of the newest ‘32 Roadster kit! Thanks to Revell’s changes it presents a lot of possibilities for traditional back-dating.
That photo of Doane Spencer’s roadster is actually from 1947 and was taken at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California at the first Roadster Reliability Run held by the Pasadena Roadster Club. The Rose Bowl was the start/finish site for the 100 mile rally. In the picture he has been presented with a trophy for Best Roadster. The PRC put on 5 of these events annually from 1947 - 1951. I have been a member of the PRC since 2004, a continuation of the original club which disbanded in 1953 and was reactivated in 2002 with the blessing of the surviving original members.
