G Chevrolet from Galaxie. The chopped top is from Jimmy Flintstone, but I filled in the rear quarter windows. Paint is Tamiya TS-11 Maroon. No matter how much i polish or clean it, the dust spots always appears in the photos that I take. /Mikael

What color did you spray the Maroon over? That color is influenced heavily by the primer color, and yours looks perfect.

I just used plain Tamiya grey primer under the maroon paint.

Beautiful work Mikael - The filled-in side windows reminds me of the '48 Chevies Barris built for "High School Confidential".

Thanks, Christian! It was actually the Barris car that inspired me to build it. But Barris version is way cooler with a 6 inch chop and more laid down rear window.
