Looks fine to me. The wheels look like Torq Thrusts intro'd in 1962 or Ansen Eliminators intro'd in 1963. I'd say it's ok. Paul

takes a little more than wheels to make it, but I posted a 61 invicta with kustom wheels and lowered it , super mild. The vibe on this one seems more like early muscle? I do like it, but borderline. you can post it if you want Carl!

Looks fine to me. The mags and blue stripe tires are cool. Like a 1:1 I just have to ask, "What's under the hood?"

Check out Kustomrama, there's quite a few '64/'65 Chevelles that were built as mild customs/lowriders back in the day. And as we determined with Bob, those early low rider are indeed Trakable, as they were an extention/variation of the mild customs of the era.
I would look at Bob's sweet Invicta, as a lowering job & trim/door handles shave would definitely put it in the mild custom category. Right now it's got a slight "Day two" muscle car vibe. Nice build either way!

FINAL CALL
Ok, it's been quite awhile since I posted anything that I had "touched" and the 61 Invicta I posted was not really TRaKable enough. It was pretty stock with lowered stance and wheel change, looks cool yeah but not really fitting here.
SOOO. with that said, let's try posting this one on DPMCC or elsewhere, it's a bit muscle-ish and no muscle cars here.
Thanks and sorry for the wishy washy Bob, he's now in time out.
