Chopped ’32 Ford 3-window coupe – T.R.o.G. Style(More photos below) This was built for the The Race of Gentleman (T,R,o,G,) community build, a classic Deuce 3-window highboy coupe with All The Right Stuff in the contemporary Preservation style, with as-found patina and vintage S.C.o.T. blown flathead motor. Below is a breakdown of the details and parts used. Revell ’32 Ford 3-window coupe: Body, chassis, radiator & grill shell, front spring, front shocks & shock mounts, headlights, and interior. Body chopped 4 scale inches. Chassis z’d 3 scale inches. Front spring shaved. Revellogram ’37 Ford Pickup: Front wheels and tires, front trailing rods, transmission and rear view mirror. Revell Tony Nancy Double Dragster kit: Halibrand quick change center section, steering bellcrank and tie rod. AMT 55 Chevy stepside pickup street machine: Front axle. Revell ’40 Ford Coupe: Brake backing plates. Revellogram ’30 Ford Sedan: Rear crossmember, rear spring. EBay vendor Jays Resin Wheels 1948: S.C.o.T. blower and drive, triple Stromberg carbs and engine block. EBay vendor Forward Resin: Stock style firewall. Replicas and Miniatures Co. of Maryland: Offenhauser heads and lakes-style exhaust pipes. Drag City Casting (Ed Fluck): Lincoln Bias Ply rear tires and ’37 Ford style “artillery” wheels to fit (mastered by Dennis Lacy). Louvered rear deck. Patto’s Place: Decals and numbers. Fabricated parts: Exhaust cutouts and muffler system. Steering system. Cooling system. Tailights. “V8” logo grill decal. Paint: Tamiya XF-18 Medium Blue body and chassis, brush painted.
