John, Looks great so far. Thankfully JoHan didn't include all those "Exciting, George Barris, Kewl Kustum" parts otherwise a whole lot of these rebuilds would be a whole different story! Those parts enabled some of the worst of the worst scale model car "styling" atrocities ever! Ick!! I like your "Shave and a Hair Cut" premise as Gray Baskerville and others used to coin the factory styling cleanup. Sadly, this morphed into what would become the "modern" barbless smoothie movement of the 80's & 90's, which took things way too far. Gotta wonder if ol' George had a hand in that "styling' mess as well! LoL!!

The 60 Olds is a sweet cruiser! I "borrowed" one from the Chevy dealer I was working for while my 56 Chevy convert was in a body shop getting some work done on it. This looks like a mint example of this kit and should make a sweet build. Gary
