Almost ended up in the box. Painted the tailgate 8 times and it still has issues. Chopped 1.5 inches, bed shortened in the front 6 inches, filled tailgate, filled hood sides, small deuce headlights, custom rear pan with 53 Ford Taillight assemblies. Lowered suspension with 1953 Ford wheels, tires and Wheel covers. Engine is ancient Revell 55 Chevy 265 with Lantham super charger and a pair of S.U. carbs. Trans is a cast iron Powerglide. Paint is Mission Models Iridescent Blue. Paint defiantly does not photograph well at all, the grayish hue on the fenders and other side panels in the odd iridescence,

Nice to see it on the shelf Paul. It's been quite a while since any have been shown here. Gary Gary, the paint killed me. It almost ended up on the parts shelf. I like the color and the gloss but to much drama with the system for me. your getting the 53 Ford painted pushed me to try to fix the paint one more time.
