Here's a simple 10 minute mock-up to see if I want to build this one for the Gathering of Outlaws. Reps & Miniatures resin chopped body (2" only), Model Car Garage sectioned grille shell, Modelhaus whitewalls. (I just realized this car is more resin than styrene.) Front axle is from the 1/24 Quick Builder '32 roadster. Early plan is for a mid-'50s vibe - Pactra Grape Pearl, Fiesta covers, 3x2 265 Chevy, white tuck & roll... I may use the kit body instead and hack 4-5 inches out of the roof, not sure yet... Hey SAOutlaw - Do you know the Modelhaus part # of the rear tires you used on your green coupe? And where'd you get the front tires? Thanks.

Thanks, man. Yeah, I think that top is not quite there yet.
I wanted to use this body because it requires zero clean-up. All the mold lines have been removed from the mold master, and the body is so smooth already. Too often these projects guide themselves though, and I just listen, so we'll see...
Thanks for the tire info. I've got those fronts too, I'll have to test fit them.

That p-chop takes it from mild to bad -ass. Either way will be cool I'm sure because I know how you roll. Those q-builder '32 sure do have a lot of cool parts for a low price. i need to buy more before they go bye-bye.
